The WineKitchen is the only independent winery restaurant within the acclaimed Marlborough wine region. Chef and owner Alain Hauswirth was born in Bern, Switzerland but has called Marlborough home for over 30 years. Classically trained, Alain is renowned for his ability to source premium seasonal produce and respect it from paddock to plate.
